We were pleasantly surprised by the amazing rooftop pool and its clean water. The ambience was lovely, and it made our stay at Souvenir Peppermint Hotel truly memorable. Staff and rooms were very good. Area is near the sites like bani park within 15 minutes walk. We liked the hotel, would stay there again.

The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was served in a beautiful setting. The location was convenient and within walking distance of many attractions.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful. When we arrived, they seemed annoyed with our questions and were not very informative.

The hotel was let down by the poor maintenance of the pool and the unclean water. The WiFi was patchy and kept disconnecting, which was a major inconvenience.
